12. Payment Options

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. Any future additions to payment methods will be updated in this section.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon.

Any disputes, including interpretation of these Terms, will be resolved through arbitration by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and the venue shall be in Gurgaon.

For international orders, disputes will be governed by the international arbitration rules of India, with the seat and venue of arbitration in Gurgaon.

15. Injunctive Relief

Buywave reserves the right to seek injunctive or provisional relief from any competent court to protect its trademarks, intellectual property, or confidential information, or to maintain the status quo during arbitration proceedings.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. All changes will become effective upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
